One of the roles of the PSF is to review lessons from incidents and to determine if any learnings are relevant within the various process sectors that the PSF represents. The PSF will review relevant incident reports and recommendations to determine if, for the PSF represented sectors, they:
- are relevant
- are relevant and have been addressed
- are relevant and require further action to be taken
