Please find attached the agenda for the next meeting of the Process Safety Forum to be held at the UK Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA) offices in London on Friday 29th November 2013, commencing at 1100hrs (closing at 1500hrs). Directions to the UKPIA offices are attached. UKPIA How to find us
This meeting is different in format to other meetings: a significant proportion of time is allocated to reviewing the Forum’s objectives and agreeing the forward plan. This section of the meeting shall be facilitated as a workshop. With this in mind please come prepared with ideas to address the following questions:
- What should our focus be for 2014?
- How can we better improve the visibility and communication of the Forum?
I have attached an updated version of the Terms of Reference for your information: we will have the opportunity to review and amend these at the meeting.
